Scope and Acceptance

These Sportsbook Rules govern all bets placed on the Kkfb sportsbook platform. By using the service you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules as amended from time to time. If local law imposes additional requirements, the stricter provision applies.

Definitions

Definitions used in these Rules include: Account, Bet, Market, Event, Settlement, Official Result, Regular Time, Extra Time, In-Play, Void. These definitions apply unless stated otherwise in a specific market or event rule.

Eligibility, Accounts and Verification

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must provide accurate information. We may request identity verification and documentation of funds. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts for non-compliance, suspected fraud, or breach of regulatory obligations.

Bet Types and Market Structure

  • Single bets: a single selection must win for a payoff to accrue.
  • Combination/Accumulator bets: multiple selections must win for a combined payoff.
  • System bets: a predefined set of bets where each leg is settled independently; some legs may win while others lose.
  • Banker bets: a component within a system bet where the banker leg must succeed for the overall system to win.
  • Jackpot and other special markets: offered where applicable and subject to separate terms.

Prices apply at the time of bet acceptance. We reserve the right to void or adjust bets in cases of incorrect odds or pricing and to correct or reverse settlements where warranted by data errors.

Pricing, Verification and Market Availability

Prices originate from official data sources or our internal feeds. If a market cannot be verified officially, we may void or delay settlement until confirmation is obtained. Markets offered for events with mis-timed or mis-stated start times may be voided or suspended as appropriate. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or not resumed within a defined window, unsettled bets may be voided in accordance with these rules.

Soccer (Football) Settlement Rules

All match markets are settled on the result at the end of regular time, including any stoppage time added by the referee, but excluding extra time and shootouts unless stated otherwise. VAR decisions and on-field events may cause bets to be voided from the moment of the significant event until the official final decision is announced. In friendlies, market rules may differ as disclosed in the market terms. If a match is interrupted or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets relating to that match are voided.

Handicap and spread markets apply according to the published rules. Cards are settled based on events occurring during the 90-minute regulation time; disciplinary events occurring outside that window are generally not considered unless specifically included in the market terms. First Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer markets exclude own goals from settlement. If a player joins the match after the goal has been scored, the bet may be voided. If a match does not conclude within 48 hours of kickoff, bets may be voided unless the market terms provide otherwise. In the absence of an official source, settlement will rely on our internal data; official data takes precedence where available. If team names or listings are incorrect, bets based on the original listing may be voided.

Horse Racing Settlement Rules

Ante-post bets, including Non Runner No Bet, are settled at the price and place terms applicable at acceptance. The advertised race details govern settlement unless an error is identified. If weights or official results change after the fact, the weigh-in result governs settlement. Where an official result is amended (for example after a steward’s inquiry), the amendment is reflected in settlement only as described in the concession terms. Double Result concessions apply where applicable, paying on First Past the Post as well as the official result where differences arise from steward inquiries or objections. Official results prevail for all UK and Irish racing unless otherwise stated in the market terms.

General Settlement Principles for Other Sports

For events beyond football and horse racing, settlements follow the final official result as published by recognized authorities. Where official data is unavailable, settlements may rely on our internal statistics, subject to regulatory and contractual obligations. In-Play (live) markets are settled based on real-time data feeds and official post-event data. If an event is interrupted, postponed, or not completed on the scheduled date, bets may be voided or settled according to the market terms and these rules.

In-Play and Live Betting

In-Play bets are offered on live events with continuously updating prices. Bets placed during periods of suspension or disruption may be void or deferred at our discretion. Once a market is settled, refunds are not issued except where a defined error or data issue is identified in the market terms.

Disputes, Corrections and Data Integrity

We reserve the right to correct errors in odds, markets, or results. If official data conflicts with our feeds, the official data governs settlement. If a market cannot be verified, bets may be voided. All settlements are final after any applicable objection or review period specified in the market terms.

Responsible Gaming, Compliance and Security

We implement responsible gambling measures and anti-money laundering controls. Users must not attempt to manipulate markets. We employ identity verification, activity monitoring and transaction screening. Suspected fraud or regulatory non-compliance may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of bets, and closure of accounts in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and our privacy notice. We collect only information necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Users must promptly report changes to personal information or suspected data security issues.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Rules and any disputes arising from them are governed by applicable law and the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the governing terms and regulations of Kkfb.
