Inactivity may lead to the removal of balances after a period of non‑use as described in the Account Inactivity policy.

13. Liability, Disclaimers and Limitation of Damages

To the extent permitted by law, Kkfb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Kkfb does not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free operation of the Services, nor that the Games will be free from defects or that losses will not be incurred.
